A Personal Note from Daria
I know what it’s like to give so much that there’s barely anything left for yourself.
To feel like you have to keep going - even when you're running on empty.
To care so deeply for others, but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected inside.I’ve been there.
Years ago, I was burnt out. I was exhausted, emotionally drained, and completely out of touch with my own needs. It took me a long time to admit that I needed help - and even longer to find the kind of support that truly made a difference.
That’s why I created The Full Cup Project.
I understand this journey from the inside out - not just as a therapist, but as someone who’s walked this path. I know the courage it takes to slow down, to feel, and to finally choose yourself.
And that’s exactly why I can help you.
This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about holding a safe space for you to restore, to reconnect with your body, and to remember your wholeness. You don’t have to do it alone.
I'm here to guide you—gently, respectfully, and with deep compassion.

What Makes This Different
This isn’t a yoga class. It’s a therapeutic journey.
Most people are used to pushing through exhaustion, numbing discomfort, or pretending they’re okay. This work invites something deeper: a return to your body’s wisdom.
In our sessions, I don’t just guide you through movement or meditation. I help you tune into the subtle signals of your body—your breath, your energy, your nervous system - so you can begin to release what's stuck and restore what’s been lost.
Through gentle yet powerful practices, we explore where energy may be blocked - in your meridians, chakras, or breath - and begin to restore the flow.
Your treatment is fully tailored and draws from:
Ayurveda – to balance your unique constitution and nervous system state
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) – working with meridians and organ-emotion connections
Yogic Teachings – including Kundalini kriyas, mantra, and meditation
Somatic Healing – bringing awareness back to your body, safely and slowly
Modern Science – especially nervous system regulation, trauma awareness, and breath-based healing
This is a deeply somatic, integrative, and healing experience - where you’re gently guided to listen inward, release tension, and restore your energy from the inside out.
It's not about performing postures. It’s about coming home to your body - softly, safely, and with support.
