Pricing:

  • Kundalini Yoga Online classes run on a monthly membership. The cost is £30 or £60 a month. As a member you can attend as many classes as you want.

  • There are 3 live classes weekly, if you can’t make the live class - a recording of the class in available for your own practice.

  • The first 3 days of the membership are free, so you can test the classes and cancel if it doesn’t work for you.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • As part of the membership - you get access to many pre-recorded programmes (i.e. for beginners, for self-love, for prosperity, etc.)

How to prepare for a kundalini yoga online class?

  • Prepare your space - have a yoga mat, cushion and a blanket.

  • Try to avoid a heavy meal 2 hours before the class.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing (preferably white).

  • Inform the teacher about all medical conditions before the class.

  • And the most important, open your mind and heart for new experience.
