Data protection and privacy policy

We take your privacy seriously and we are committed to protecting your privacy. In line with new regulations on data protection that come into effect on the 25th of May 2018 we have updated our policies to be compliant with the new laws.

 Account information. We collect, and associate with your account, the information you provide to us when you do things such as sign up for our newsletter or make a purchase for our services, (like your name, email address, billing address etc.). Your information will not be shared or become publicly available unless you voluntarily disclose it online. This site collects different information in order to help us improve the services and products we offer. You are under no obligation to provide any personal data however, other than your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address. We may ask for further information from you in order to obtain a better understanding of how we can improve our offering to you. In all instances it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information.

 Usage and device information: We collect information from and about the devices you use to access our services. This includes things like IP addresses, system language, the type of browser and device you use. This gives us information that allows us to serve you better.

Cookies: Like most other websites, during the course of any visit to this website, we use small files which are stored on your hard drive by our browser (“cookies”) to monitor your use of the website. Once you have closed your browser, we do not use the information these cookies collect. Google’s remarketing feature uses Cookies to serve relevant messages based on someone’s past visits to our website. Information about how you can opt out of Google’s use of cookies can be found by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt out page.

 Marketing emails and newsletters:  Users who receive these marketing materials can opt out at any time. If you do not want to receive marketing materials from us, simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email.

 Law & Order and the Public Interest: We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or appropriate government request; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of our users; (d) protect our rights, property, safety, or interest; or (e) perform a task carried out in the public interest.

 Security: We are dedicated to keeping your information secure. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you.

 Access: You can delete your information by following the links in our newsletters to the “unsubscribe” or “Preference Centre” buttons on any email that you may receive from us and adjusting your preferences as you wish. You can also ask us for a copy of personal data you provided to us.
