TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CLASSES

1. If you do not attend a booked class or cancel within less than 12 hours notice you will still be charged for the class.

CLASS PASSES

1. Pre-payment in full is required at the time of registration.

2. Non-refundable.

3. Valid for 2 months. 

PRIVATE TUITION/ YOGA THERAPY SESSION

1. Pre-payment at the time of booking is required.

2. Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session will receive full credit towards a future private session.

3. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.

4. Block bookings (10 private yoga sessions, 3 yoga therapy sessions paid in advance) are non-refundable.

WORKSHOPS

1. Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration.

2. Non-refundable.

3. If High On Yoga cancels a workshop, a full credit or refund will be issued.

RETREATS

1. Your Yoga Retreat place is secured and reserved by paying a non-refundable deposit.

2. The balance payment is due no later than four weeks before the day you are due to arrive.

3. Last-minute bookings must be paid for “in full” at the time of booking.

4. If you have any health issues, please consult your doctor to make sure you are in a fit state to join us for your holiday.

5. High On Yoga accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness whilst you are on holiday with us, or for any travel costs to or from the retreat site.

6. We strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance to cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary.

7. Passports, visas and health/medical requirements: you are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas, as well as any necessary or required inoculations or other health requirements.

8. We accept no responsibility for travel tickets such as airfares and trains.

Cancellation Policy:

• 8 weeks plus before the start of your holiday 100% refund, minus the deposit.

• 4 to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday: 50% refund, minus the deposit.

• Up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday 0% refund will be given.
