We explore things like energy flow through the meridians (from Traditional Chinese Medicine), any blockages or imbalances in the chakras, and the doshas from an Ayurvedic perspective. It’s a layered approach that helps me see the whole person—not just their symptoms or condition. Based on detailed assessment I create a bespoke treatment plan and support my clients in the execution of the plan.

Hi, I’m Daria - a certified yoga therapist and Kundalini Yoga teacher, trained in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
For over 12 years, I’ve been guiding people back to wellness, balance, and happiness through the depth of yogic teachings.
