Attending workshops is a great way to deepen your practice. In a workshop setting, it is easier to ask questions and understand difficulties and blockages with your own yoga and meditation practice. Moreover, during a workshop we can explore other aspects of yogic teachings and lifestyle. Workshops will inspire and motivate you to regular practice and positive changes you never knew were possible.

A strong, resilient nervous system is the foundation of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. It allows us to meet life’s challenges without becoming overwhelmed, to recover from stress more easily, and to stay grounded - even when things feel intense, whether on the yoga mat or in everyday life. It’s what gives us the capacity to grow, heal, and fully experience the depth and beauty of life.

Yet modern life often pulls us in the opposite direction. Constant stress, overstimulation, and unprocessed emotional experiences can weaken the nervous system, leaving us anxious, exhausted, or disconnected. That’s why we need tools to both strengthen the nervous system over time and regulate it in moments when we feel thrown off centre.

What to Expect from the Workshop?

Join me for a practical and experiential workshop where we’ll explore:

  • The nervous system and its vital role in how we feel and respond to life. 

  • The vagus nerve and the basics of Polyvagal Theory.

  • Practical tools you can use anytime to regulate and support your system.

We'll weave together the wisdom of Kundalini Yoga with insights from modern neuroscience, creating a grounded and empowering experience.

You’ll be guided through:

  • Kundalini Yoga kriya

  • Breathwork practices

  • Meditation and mantra

  • Simple, effective techniques to strengthen and regulate your nervous system

This workshop is suitable for both complete beginners and experienced practitioners.
