Tuesday 6-7.30 pm - Kundalini Yoga

Thursday 7.15-8.45 pm - Kundalini Yoga

Sunday 8-9 pm - Meditation

  • All classes are recorded, you can access them live or when it suits you.

  • At the live classes, you can ask questions and the teacher will be able to help you.

  • To access classes you need to become High On Yoga member.

    Members can attend as many classes a week as they want.

  • Additionally, there are pre-recorded programmes for daily practice.


Having never been to a Kundalini Yoga class and having never met Daria I decided to try her online classes during lockdown. I have found Kundalini Yoga to be very beneficial in helping me reduce my anxiety about coronavirus, it has made me feel calm, relaxed and in control. I absolutely love the mantras and meditations that form part of the class and I am finding the yoga to be excellent from a physical perspective. I cannot believe how amazing I feel after each class. I have found Daria to be an excellent teacher, she clearly demonstrates each yoga position and encourages us all to work within our abilities. I like the way that each kriya has a specific intention, for example letting go of fear or strengthening the immune system which are so relevant today. I am so, so glad that I found Daria and her classes and I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Daria

Absolutely loving Daria’s new zoom classes! I usually go to her weekly class and would usually do YouTube classes in between but find Daria’s zoom classes so much better than the usual YouTubes. It’s like you are almost in a proper class and there is such a sense of connection practising live with people all around the world. I think Daria’s energy comes across and I’m surprised how close it feels to being there!

How to prepare for an LIve ONline Kundalini Yoga class?

  • Download Zoom App on your device. Here are instructions how to download Zoom App.

  • Prepare your environment to be able to relax and focus on the class.

  • Try to avoid heavy meal 2 hours before the class.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • Inform the teacher about all medical conditions before the class, ideally schedule a video call with Daria (especially if you’ve never done Kundalini Yoga).

  • And the most important, open your mind and heart for new experience.
