Hello, I’m Daria - the founder of High On Yoga.

Throughout 10 years of teaching Kundalini Yoga, I have seen people undergo amazing transformations after committing to daily practice, even if only for a few minutes a day.

I have designed and developed these online transformational programmes because I believe more people can benefit from yoga if it can be fitted into their often hectic daily lives.

These online Kundalini Yoga programmes are designed to help you create a daily or weekly routine you can stick to, so you can develop your yoga practice, deepen your experiences, and enrich your life. Each programme has a specific theme, giving you the focus you need to progress quickly and see results fast.

I’ve been teaching Kundalini Yoga for more than 10 years. I have taught Bjork and Dr Rangan Chatterjee, as well as local prisoners and many others besides, and have helped hundreds of students transform their lives. Now I am bringing a decade of experience to you, in your own home, with my online programmes that help you achieve results quickly and start living the life you want and deserve to.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How often are the live classes?

    Live classes are running every Tuesday 6pm and Thursday 7.15pm GMT. You can join as many classes as you want to. If you can’t make the live class, a recording is available after.

  • How much time do I need to commit daily?

    You can choose the amount of time and practice that works for you. To see the best results, a minimum of 11 minutes per day is recommended. Each programme contains daily meditations, a short yoga practice of 20 minutes, a 60-minute yoga class and 4 inspirational videos of around 15 minutes each. That means you can practice anywhere from 11 minutes to 1.5 hours each day.

  • Is it suitable for beginners?

    Yes, all the programmes are designed to be accessible for beginners. If you are completely new to Kundalini Yoga and feel like you need additional support, you can choose an option with teacher’s guidance included.

  • Can I take longer to finish the programme?

    You can take as long as you want to complete each programme. I recommend a minimum of 40 days on each one, but you can take longer if you are enjoying it.

  • Do I need any equipment?

    All you need is a yoga mat and a laptop, tablet or mobile to stream the videos. You’ll need to have Zoom installed to join the live classes – here’s how to get it

  • Can I ask questions about the programme?

    Yes, there is a chat function within each programme. The teacher and other members can all ask questions and offer support and guidance at any time. Additionally, you can chat with others at live classes.

  • Can I connect with others doing the same programme?

    Yes, a chat and community function is included in all packages. You can chat with others before or after each live class, and there is a monthly online meet-up for all members to come together and share stories and feedback on their own transformation journeys. 

  • Do I have access to all the programmes?

    Yes, all members have access to the full range of programmes, and there will be a new programme added every month. If you want to join the live classes, you’ll need a ‘Sat Nam + LIVE’ or a ‘Wahe Guru + LIVE’ membership
