Chakras are energy centres in our bodies that are directly connected with certain emotions, values and practical aspects of our lives. The energy in each chakra has an impact on our health, happiness and wellbeing. When we learn about them we can work with particular condition to bring more balance and harmony into our lives.

You will learn about the chakras and practical aspects they represent, how they affect your life when they are in or out of balance and what simple things we can do to change the energy in each centre and as a result change this aspect of our lives.
We will use Kundalini Yoga tools, mantra, meditation, pranayama and more to learn how to balance all the chakras.
It’s a two days workshop. During day one we will explore and balance first 3 chakras, and during day two we will focus on chakras 4, 5, 6 and 7. It’s recommended to attend both days but not crucial.
